The grape harvest took place on 10 September strictly by hand. The grapes, once transported to the cellar, were subjected to soft pressing into round grains. The must obtained was cold decanted for 24 hours. Subsequently the fermentation took place in steel barrels at a controlled temperature, kept constant between 18 and 20 ° C, for a duration of about two weeks. The wine is then aged on its lees for 6 months during which frequent “battonage” are carried out.
The Bouquet is distinguished by an elegant and distinct floral note. The taste is full and gentle with a citrus aftertaste.
It goes very well with appetizers, light soups, fish and white meats. Also excellent as an aperitif. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 10-12 ° C.
