Do you have an à la carte menu? Is it possible to know the dishes on the menu?

Our restaurant has a  tasting menu in 3, 5 or 7 courses ,   the à la carte menu is not available. The menu, called "Inspiration", is created daily by the kitchen based on the availability of meat from the farmers and cheeses from the small local producers we work with, fish from the Tyrrhenian Sea and the seasonality of the vegetables from our garden in Settignano and San Gimignano. The dishes are designed to match and contrast with each other, in order to offer the most enjoyable taste experience possible. The dishes are served as a surprise to the customer , for this reason we ask you to communicate allergies or food intolerances in advance and well in advance.

Is it possible to eat with you if I have food allergies or intolerances?

We ask to be warned with the greatest possible notice if you suffer from food allergies,   intolerances or restrictions to certain foods. Communicate each request at the time of booking and in any case at least 2 days before your arrival, in order to adapt the menu specifically. If you choose our restaurant and have foods that you simply "don't like", we recommend breaking down any taste prejudices and savoring the entire menu as it is proposed.

Is it possible to eat at your place if I am vegetarian or vegan?

Yes, in case you want to eat  Vegetarian or Vegan , it is mandatory to inform us at least 2 working days before booking. We can prepare a completely vegetarian or vegan 3, 5 or 7 course menu for you, and we are happy to do so.

Is it possible to buy wines and take them away?

Yes, when the restaurant is open you can buy take-away bottles of wine .

Is it possible to enter the restaurant with dogs or other pets?

For reasons of space and out of respect for the guests present in the room to protect any allergies,   we are unable to welcome our four-legged friends.

How can I reach your place? Where can i park the car?

Enoteca Bruni is located in the historic center of Florence, in an easily accessible position by any means:  

Thermal engine car, with parking at Garage Europa, 300 meters from the restaurant

Electric car , Tesla® type, with charging space 50 meters from the venue

Train , Santa Maria Novella station, 600 meters from the restaurant

Tramway , Porta al Prato-Leopolda stop, 800 meters from the restaurant

Can yours be defined as "Tuscan cuisine"? Do you have local products?

We are not a typical Florentine trattoria, we do not have red and white checked tablecloths, we do not serve the quartino of wine, we do not make seared steak with potatoes, nor bruschetta (for now).

Ours is a cuisine without any limitation other than the natural one of the seasons. However, we can affirm that, where possible, we strongly care to favor local producers , in order to reduce the environmental impact. We use natural raw materials that are good, ethical and healthy . We define our Tuscan cuisine as regards the ingredients but decidedly modern and without borders   in the way of conceiving the dishes.

Do you need a particular type of clothing?

Any nice combination is welcome, we do not require any particular dress code , but we kindly invite customers not to show up in a tank top or slippers and socks, and not to overdo the perfume, in order not to jeopardize the tasting for other customers in the hall.
